Team taking part in a facilitated session

Group facilitation

Group facilitation offers teams time and space to step out of the day-to-day and think together about how work is feeling, not just what needs to be done. Grounded in therapeutic and reflective practice, sessions create a safe and thoughtful space to notice what is happening within a team, explore different perspectives and make sense of the things that can sometimes go unspoken. This might be about relationships, change, pressure, wellbeing or simply finding a way back to what matters. It isn’t therapy, but it draws on many of the same skills; creating the conditions for people to pause, reflect and better understand themselves, each other and the team they are part of.

Rupture & Repair

Relationships at work can become strained. Trust can be disrupted, misunderstandings can linger and things can sometimes go unsaid. Facilitated conversations create space to acknowledge what has happened, hear different perspectives and explore what repair might look like.

Responding to Change

Change can bring uncertainty, excitement, frustration, loss and opportunity, sometimes all at once. We create space for people to acknowledge their different responses, make sense of what is happening and consider how they can move through change together.

Collective Care & Wellbeing

Wellbeing isn't solely an individual responsibility. A collective care approach invites groups to consider how we can look out for ourselves and one another, and how the culture, relationships and ways of working around us can support wellbeing. Together, we explore what collective care could look like in practice.

The Unexpected

Sometimes we can sense that something is affecting a team without being able to put our finger on it. There may be patterns, tensions, assumptions or experiences sitting beneath the surface that haven't yet been noticed or named. These sessions make space for curiosity to slow down, notice what might otherwise be missed and discover what the group may not yet know about itself.

How Do You Feel About the Work You Do?

We spend a huge part of our lives at work, but conversations about work often focus on what we do rather than how it feels to do it. Sessions creates space to explore our relationship with work, what gives us energy, what drains us, what matters to us and what helps work feel meaningful and motivating.

Team Identity

Under sustained or extreme pressure, teams can lose sight of their shared purpose. The urgent can begin to crowd out the important, familiar ways of working can shift, and people can lose connection with what brought them together in the first place. These sessions create space to step back and reconnect with who the team is, what matters most and how they want to work together, particularly when things get difficult. Together, we explore the values, purpose and ways of being that help a team stay grounded when the pressure is on.
