Workplace wellbeing consultancy

Understand what’s really happening in your organisation

Wellbeing challenges rarely arrive with a clear label. Stress, burnout, disconnection and overwhelm can build quietly, showing up differently across teams and roles.
Our workplace wellbeing consultancy offers a focused way to step back and understand what is happening within your organisation before deciding what to do about it.
A therapist-led consultation combines conversations with the people who know your organisation best with a wider look at the patterns, pressures and practices that may be affecting wellbeing. You’ll come away with a clearer picture of what is happening, three priorities to focus on and a practical next step.
It’s a fixed-price way to get beneath the surface and make informed decisions about where wellbeing support could make the greatest difference.

How it works

Meeting

01 Initial conversation

It starts with a free, informal call to understand why the service has caught your attention and what you’re noticing within your organisation. This is an opportunity to talk through what’s happening, what you’re hoping to understand and whether a consultancy is the right fit.

02 Scoping the work

Once booked, a scoping meeting helps shape the consultation around your organisation. Together, we identify the key priorities and questions you want to explore, any barriers or concerns that may affect the process, and the practical details needed to make the session useful.

Team Meeting Room

03 The consultation

The consultation gives us dedicated time to listen, explore and understand what’s happening across your organisation.

We may look at workload, team dynamics, leadership, culture, change, stress, burnout, vicarious trauma and how existing wellbeing support is working.

Rather than arriving with a diagnosis or fixed solution, we help uncover what people are experiencing and what may be sitting underneath it.

04 Making sense of what we’ve heard

Following the consultation, the themes and observations are brought together into a short written report. This identifies three priorities, alongside a clear recommended next step.
