Employee Assistance Program

Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provides fast, professional counselling support delivered exclusively by degree-qualified, BACP-registered counsellors. Employees can access up to six remote counselling sessions, with flexibility for additional sessions when clinically appropriate.

 

Unlike traditional EAP contracts that require organisations to pay for services they may never use, our pay-as-you-need model ensures you only pay when support is accessed, offering a cost-effective and responsive solution that prioritises employee wellbeing.
